Milne Maingay Milne Maingay are a long standing customer of CalTech’s and in that time we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests for changes to our software. Originally we requested a solution to keep track of jobs being allocated to staff and manage the process from start to finish. This request evolved into CalTech’s JobTrack offering. JobTrack now gives Milne Maingay an up to date live snapshot of customer file status. One of our main points in the request was the software had to be easy to use to achieve our staff buy in, the solution CalTech delivered achieved this. We now have history going back many years that is giving us the ability to track upcoming jobs more closely with expected turnaround times and completion dates. LifeStyle Architectural Services Ltd We are a small sized architectural firm based in Auckland and after being in business for 3 years we had made the decision to implement a job tracking system to centralize all our data. Up to this stage we had used a simple note sheet in the front of each file to record conversations, job time and disbursements.
